I bought it at the Best Buy next to the Florida Mall in 2000 for $700.

I love digital cameras! This can shoot video and then hook up to my VAIO laptop. It has a pull out video screen which is very handy for others to see what you just shot. The little screen can also be switched around so you can see yourself filming or others can see what you are seeing in the viewfinder. The viewfinder is B&W but that is the best I've read anyway. Apparently the pixels are better represented that small for like focusing and stuff. I also like being able to take auto focus off and manually focus my video. I've wanted that for a long time!
I can also capture any other type of video and put it into the camera for use in my video editing equipment.
