Awesome. Apparently amazon offers suggestions on who else sells the item. I followed their link to buydig.com and it turned out to be less than the other company! $327.

I’m excited about getting a camera again. I miss having a flash and video recording capabilities.

I have this program on my mac that randomly grabs Flickr photos for my desktop.

Absolutely amazing shot. It makes me miss my nice camera. I found out that the Ritz Camera website rightfully cancelled the order I have with them.

I still need to get a camera though. It is time.

I did some research earlier today and I found a camera that looks interesting.

Panasonic DMC FX-150 – it takes 14 megapixel photos & HD video.

Then, after much searching, I finally found a site that sells the black model.

What a deal too. Amazon had it for $312, but then I’d have to wait until they have it back in stock. These guys offed $377 including tax. I figured I could pay a bit more to have it as soon as possible.

Then I got a strange phone call and an email.

I went to their website and talked to a rep..

Matt: Why do I have to do that?
Matt: and why is that a third number? The man on the phone said 8667604249 in the email it says 1-800-442-0031

It went on, but he refused to give me an answer and then ‘hung up’ on me. It was very odd.

I sent them an email requesting a cancellation. They’d better give me one too. I don’t want to support business that make you jump through extra hoops.

Why would I need to call after I’ve placed an internet order?

Yay! I had the internet installed today! Now I’m back online at home.

Time to catch up with my ideas for web blog posts.

Last night a few of us from our Monkeybutler improv group met. We read from the bible and talked about issues we were dealing with. Some were financial, some were prayer requests, and some were directional.

My struggle is getting my career going. I’ve run out of excuses to wait. I have a new place, I have some $ saved that I can use for acting classes.

Yet every morning I wake up and do things that are counter-productive.

Where has my drive gone? Am I scared? Am I lazy? Have I what it takes?

I am determined. I do want big things, but perhaps my goals are so big that they seem impossible.

The little steps, the smaller goals, the completable things; that is where I must focus.

I keep wanting big behavior changes, but it doesn’t work. Those things are never completed. I’ll instead focus on things I can do & things that actaully lead to my larger goals.

Starting now.

I keep getting lost, so the new iPhone with gps is calling my name. $$

I need to get some type of furniture. My inflatable bed won’t do. I’d like to get furniture with character, furniture that I can use for my various vlog ideas. $$$

I wish I could have things comissioned.

My camera is set up for recording and all I needed was a tape. I’m at Frys now getting only one.

Now on to Target.. Again. Trying to find a shower caddy that will fit.

This is the first time I am living by myself.

Yesterday I brought nearly everything to my new place and today I have the job of putting it all away.

I have a lot of papers that need to be scanned and a heap of clothes to hang.

Plenty of things to buy at the store.

Oh, and one of the first things I noticed is that I have full bars on my iPhone!

Finally.

Yay! Last night mb performed at an event. I met some super fun people and some of those cool people I saw tonight after service.

Emma and Anne. Oh, both these ladies are fabulous! I love when people are so full of life and laughter.

We all carpooled to the nearby frozen yogurt shop. I mixed and matched tart pinapple, apple and cookies&cream plus pistachio.

So at the BBQ last night I talkedtp Emma mostly, she had just finished a year as a Disney spokesmodel. Tonight I found out that Anne’s brother and father work for Google and she recently had an interview with them.

Oh man. Those girls had the most glowing smiles- awesome.

My friends rock. I love them all!

I need to find a place to live in West Hollywood soon. I want to spend time with all these new friends… But I’m suppsed to be looking for a new place everyday.

So, it has been a while since I last mentioned what I was up to:

Last weekend I was up in Washington State for my high school reunion. It was rather dissapointing I must say. Out of a class of 300+, only about 60 came, of which there were only a few I was really friends with back in the day. That was at the $80 dinner.

I had hoped people would have gotten into the dancing, but – alas – people weren’t into it.

It was absolutely amazing how some people didn’t change at all though. That was pretty funny.

There were several interesting moments though- the best was seeing Tim’s new car..

a DeLorean.

So AWESOME!

Friday I’m in an improv show at io West @8pm. Plus I need to get a haircut and new headshots.
